Contrary to the generally perceived view of many persons that once a man is married to his wife, he has favour with God; I wish to differ, owing to what I found recently as the necessary criteria for God to accept a marriage as being without guile. Now, there are misconceptions and opinions about whether a man or woman is considered married in the sight of God if he does only the traditional wedding without the church wedding amid several others. There are some teachings that also advice intending couples never to agree to offer alcoholic drinks such as wine or beer on their day of wedding.
